The FastGene® qFYR (FG-QPTC01) has 4+1 channels: 4 different colour channels and 1 second FAM channel.
The dual FAM/SYBR channel allows melt curve and high resolution melt experiments to be performed in fast dual mode, halving the measuring time in this channel.
